* Construction area: 34,000 M² 3-floor work shop in Seg-Hitachi.

* Capital resourses: Seg invests 36 million US$ principal. （75%）
* Hitachi company invests 12 million US$ principal. （25%）
* Other construction capitals gained from bank loan.
* On Feb 26th 1998 State Economy Planning Committee entrusted Shenzhen Economy Planning
Center to approve scientific research report on Seg Hitachi Capital Increase and
Construction Extension.
* On April 14th 1998 86cm CPT project was listed as Shenzhen key construction project.
* On April 16th1998 Shenzhen Economy Planning Bureau approved scientific research
report on 86cm CPT project.
* On June 20th 1998 86cm CPT project broke earth.
* On Dec. 10th 1998 principal part of new workshop was finished.
* On Feb. 2nd 1999 the first large furnace facility was installed.
* On May 15th 1999 qualified ITC Sample was produced.
* On Aug.26,1999,86cm CPT production line was completed.
* On Sep.25,1999,86cm CPT production started.
* On Oct. 1st 1999 it will be put into trial production.
* In Oct. of 1999,the third-term project began to be implemented.
* In Dec.of 1999,54cm Dark Tint CPT and Fine Pitch & Bright CPT
(Second &Third Generation) was awarded "99 National New
Product."
